Notes: | A brightly coloured Ulos Sadum with what appears to be both natural and commercial dyes carrying intricate supplementary warp and weft design elements. The central panel is dark blue with 10 bands of white arrow heads; the side panels are in dark maroon with a banded fringe in white, yellow and red. There are five cross bands of supplementary weft designs in bright colours (white, red, yellow and green). A narrow ikat selvedge in black, white and red binds the tightly wrapped warp fringes. A very attractive single panel Ulos Sadum. |
